The successful candidate will have extensive HR generalist and business partner experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role; minimum 6 years.
• At least 4 years in an HR Business Partner role.

Responsibilities

• Streamline HR processes across end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Develop HR strategies, policies, work instructions and process maps.
• Lead and implement HR process improvements and data analytics initiatives.
