Job summary

Budget King Supermarket & Fortune Market in Marilao is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, employee relations, training, and administration. You will supervise recruitment, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, while supporting payroll and employee development.

You are expected to lead a team, uphold confidentiality, and promote a positive workplace culture across branches, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRD, or related field.
• 3-5 years in HR, preferably supervisory role.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labour Laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be assigned in Marilao and travel to other branches.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all HR activities, communications, reports, and documentation.
• Lead recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards aligned with HR best practices.
• Organize workflow and provide guidance to HR team members.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Support employee development, engagement, and career growth initiatives.
• Provide coaching and HR support to supervisors and managers.
• Promote employee wellness and positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports by assembling and analysing employee data.
• Coordinate with government agencies and external recruitment partners.
• Support payroll processing through monitoring attendance and timekeeping records.
