Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, ensuring policy adherence and compliant processes within the team.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment, maintain records, manage employee relations, and coordinate payroll and statutory contributions while driving engagement and development.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day Human Resources operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, timekeeping, leaves, and other HR documentation.
Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate payroll, benefits, government-mandated contributions, and other employee-related concerns.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Monitor employee performance and assist department heads with performance management and evaluation.
Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee and personnel records.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, hotel, resort, or hospitality industry.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and labor compliance.
Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple HR concerns in a fast-paced environment.
