Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years HR experience in retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll and employee compensation and benefits, including leaves, loans, and statutory contributions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Provide guidance and support in addressing employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and labor relations.
• Help ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, while keeping HR practices aligned with business needs.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, supporting their effective and consistent implementation across the organization.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, leave administration, employee records, employment contracts, and other HR documentation to maintain accurate and well-organized employee records.
• Prepare relevant HR reports and insights, and contribute to HR initiatives, projects, audits, and process improvement efforts.
• Partner closely with department heads, management, employees, and external stakeholders to provide practical and responsive support on HR-related matters.
• Foster positive employee relations through open communication, employee engagement, and constructive conflict resolution.
