Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement, training, and wellness programs.
• Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management decision-making.
• Guide and mentor HR Assistants and support staff.
