Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• HR education and certification is a plus.
• 3+ years HR experience; supervisor level requires 3 years in management.
• Proficient in HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development.
• Good understanding of labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Handling and oversee full spectrum of HR and Administration.
• Propose and implement HR-related strategy.
• Assist the manager in managing on office administration and admin-related stuff.
• Perform and analyse on employee payroll by using excel.
• Plan and implement the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures.
• Create, implement and manage onboarding plans.
• Identified KPIs for all departments.
• Plan and implement training programs.
• Manage performance management and employee evaluation.
• Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
