Job summary

Kerem IT Solutions in Makati is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR practices and processes. You will support business needs and drive the company strategy through effective management of recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance.

You will develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment, employee relations, and payroll coordination while ensuring legal compliance and strong leadership. This on-site role is based at 2nd floor, 7373 Bakawan, Makati.

Qualifications
