Job summary

Diseño MNL Construction Corp. (DMCC) is seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, employee administration, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, prepare contracts, maintain records, and coordinate with site personnel to meet manpower needs. The role requires 2+ years in HR, knowledge of DOLE regulations, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in payroll-related statutory requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
• Able to prepare employment contracts and HR memos.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle from planning to onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower for office and site personnel.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts for all employee types.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
• Process statutory contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters per policy.
