SinoTech Asia Construction Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to oversee all HR functions for a growing construction business in the Philippines. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and labor-law compliance across multiple project sites.

You will provide advisory support to management and staff, maintain records, and drive HR programs to foster a positive work environment. Immediate joining is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Course or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience in HR (Officer/Supervisor/Generalist), preferably in construction.
• Excellent knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with payroll preparation and benefits.
• Can work immediately is an advantage.

We are looking for HR Officer. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our growing construction business, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent to support our ambitious growth plans.

Job Description

1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

2. Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards.

3. Provide HR support and advisory to management, employees, and project sites on contracts, employee concerns, attendance, and disciplinary matters.

4. Coordinate HR operations and manpower requirements across four (4) project sites, ensuring timely resolution of site HR concerns.

5. Manage staff and workers’ timekeeping and payroll preparation, including attendance, deductions, and payroll-related reports.

6. Maintain accurate employee records, including 201 files, contracts, personnel movements, and government records.

7. Prepare and administer monthly SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth remittance reports.

8. Assist in employee engagement, training, welfare, and other HR programs.

9. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Course or it's related field

• Minimum 2-3 years work experience as HR Officer/ HR Supervisor/ HR Generalists, ideally within the construction industry.

• Excellent knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a keen eye for detail
