Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, SQL).
• Strong computer skills; MS Excel with advanced formulas.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large data sets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize work.
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting certification (CMA or CPA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows).
• Manage accounts payable/receivable; oversee invoices, payments, and collections.
• Develop and maintain sales and margin reporting.
• Payroll processing and related compliance.
• Budgeting and forecasting on monthly/quarterly/annual bases.
• Permit processing and tax compliance support.
• Maintain financial systems and data accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure proper accounting records.
• Produce reports for management and stakeholders.
