Job summary

MMC LIFTS INCORPORATED is seeking an HR Officer to implement HR-related strategy, manage payroll, recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations. The role requires strong Employee Relations, knowledge of labor laws, and excellent MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong Employee Relations is a MUST.
• Additional HR education and certification is a plus.
• Three years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role; for Supervisor level and above, at least 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development.
• Good understanding of labor laws and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solver with good decision-making and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement HR-related strategy.
• Manage office administration and admin-related tasks.
• Perform and analyze employee payroll using Excel and government statutory requirements.
• Plan and implement Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Provide counseling and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Prepare job descriptions, postings, promotions, and hiring analytics.
• Create, implement and manage onboarding plans.
• Identify KPIs for all departments and plan trainings.
• Manage performance management and employee evaluations.
• Maintain employee records and the employee database; adhere to laws and regulations.
