Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience with supervisory or leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates fairness, empathy, accountability, and professionalism.
