Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead a multi-functional HR team. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations to support business goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, 1–2 years in supervision, strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, and excellent leadership and communication skills. On-site work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/psych/business admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Core competencies in employee engagement and retention programs.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and government requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS or ERP is an advantage.
