The Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Supervisor to manage day-to-day HR operations and support management in implementing HR policies within the Philippines. You will supervise HR staff and coordinate recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Advise management on employee relations, compensation, benefits, discipline, and labor regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, payroll checking, employee concerns, investigations, and exit interviews.
• Partner with leadership on talent strategy, retention, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and applicable employment regulations.
• Lead and support HR staff in handling complex and sensitive employee matters.
