Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC in the Philippines is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR activities, supervise staff, and act as the liaison between management and employees to uphold high service standards.

You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, handle employee relations and investigations, assist with payroll support and benefits administration, maintain confidential records, and help develop HR policies aligned with organizational goals, with adherence to Philippine labor

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an HR role with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proven ability to supervise HR staff and coordinate teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP) preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR activities and supervise staff.

• Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing support.

• Monitor compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
• Provide administrative support to senior HR professionals and management.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
