Job summary

The successful candidate will supervise employee relations, training initiatives, and manpower planning while maintaining accurate HR records in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Monitor and implement performance management programs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and government compliance.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Lead, coach, and support the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
• Working schedule: Monday to Saturday
