Job summary

Niber Technologies Philippines is seeking an HR & Admin Supervisor to build the people and administrative foundation of our growing manufacturing operations. You will lead recruitment and manage daily HR duties.

The role requires 5+ years HR/Admin in manufacturing, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and ability to coordinate with PEZA/DOLE; you will oversee payroll, benefits, and office operations.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and government compliance.
• Implement performance management and HR policies.
• Liaise with government agencies (DOLE, PEZA, LGU).
• Experience in manufacturing HR/Admin is preferred.

Responsibilities
