Job summary

Webney Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our Cavite operations and to coordinate activities with the Valenzuela team.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, and HR administration, with regular travel between Cavite and Valenzuela to ensure consistent HR practices. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and labor relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and deployment.
• Handle employee relations, concerns, disciplinary matters, and proper documentation.
• Support performance management, employee development, coaching and competency assessment.
• Coordinate training and development activities based on organizational and employee needs.
• Develop and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance, benefits, employee records, and HR administration.
