You will liaison between staff and management, handling conflicts and strategic talent management to maximize employee value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
