Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory, Officer, or Team Lead role.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Monitor and implement performance management programs.
• Oversee Compensation, Benefits, Payroll Coordination, and Government Compliance.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Lead, coach, and support the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
