Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an HR professional to manage onboarding, contract preparation, and employee records with precision, using Smartsheet to maintain up-to-date files. You will ensure new hires complete paperwork within the first week and support documentation accuracy.

You will also handle employee relations, disciplinary processes under the HR Executive's guidance, coordinate performance evaluations, and prepare client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding end-to-end from the New Hire Endorsement through Day 1 orientation
• Prepare employment contracts, complete 201 files, and finalize the Employee Information Sheet (EIS) within the new hire's first week
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for employee-level concerns, complementing the HR Executive's management-facing role
• Draft and issue HR Documentation notices (NTE, NOD, NOP, NOTr, NSI, COE, PAN, etc.) within standard 1–3 working day turnarounds
• Support the twin-notice disciplinary process — Notice to Explain through Notice of Decision — under the HR Executive's guidance, escalating hearings and terminations appropriately
• Handle employee concerns and grievances raised at the client site
• Coordinate recurring performance evaluation cycles, feedback sessions, and goal-setting with the client
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation on Smartsheet
• Prepare employee-level reports for the client and the assigned HR Executive
