Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee recruitment, payroll, and employee relations for a fast-paced operation.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, has 3–5 years of HR experience, and demonstrates strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations, with excellent communication and organizational skills to support frontline and managerial staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with significant exposure to F&B, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume operational environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR functions, rather than specializing in only one HR area.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and HRIS or payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.
• Comfortable working with frontline and managerial employees.
