The role will run onboarding end-to-end, prepare contracts and EIS within the first week, draft HR notices, support disciplinary actions, coordinate performance reviews, and maintain up-to-date records and client reports using Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding end-to-end from the New Hire Endorsement through Day 1 orientation
• Prepare employment contracts, complete 201 files, and finalize the Employee Information Sheet (EIS) within the new hire's first week
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for employee-level concerns, complementing the HR Executive's management-facing role
• Draft and issue HR Documentation notices (NTE, NOD, NOP, NOTr, NSI, COE, PAN, etc.) within 1–3 working day turnarounds
• Support the twin-notice disciplinary process — Notice to Explain through Notice of Decision — under the HR
• Handle employee concerns and grievances raised at the client site
• Coordinate recurring performance evaluation cycles, feedback sessions, and goal-setting with the client
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation on Smartsheet; prepare employee-level reports for the client and the assigned HR Executive
