Bandai Namco Philippines is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to lead recruitment for direct and agency manpower, drive workforce planning, and oversee training and employee relations in Lipa City, Batangas. The role partners with Operations, Production, and agencies to ensure a stable, competent workforce.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR/IR or related field, with at least 5 years in HR and 2 years in supervision, and strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for direct and agency manpower to meet production needs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain candidates for manufacturing operations.
• Manage relationships with manpower agencies, including performance monitoring and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate manpower planning with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
• Monitor agency compliance with labor laws, policies, and customer requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and deployment of new hires and agency personnel.
• Plan and monitor employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and discipline processes.
• Monitor attendance, turnover, and manpower movement; propose interventions.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, PEZA requirements, and audit standards.
• Lead engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.
