You will develop strategies to attract qualified candidates and coordinate with department heads to plan current and future staffing needs. Manage the full lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and offboarding.
You will lead, mentor the team and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies across the hiring process.
