Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field required.
• Minimum 2 years HR Supervisor experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience administering government and company benefits and payroll.
• Experience handling employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary actions as per policies.
• Experience in recruitment, employee development, and events facilitation.
• Must be a team-player, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.
• Resident of Rizal province (Cainta/Taytay/Antipolo/Binangonan or nearby)
• Available to start immediately.
