Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations and training.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
• Experience in training coordination and facilitation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR-related systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Human Resources Division operations (Employee Relation).
• Supervise the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Prepare Employment Contract, Job Descriptions and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Check and supervise job posting made by Recruitment Specialist.
• Check weekly report and job accomplishment of HR staff.
• Holiday announcement.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
• Issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and conduct fact-finding investigation related to employee violations, in coordination with concerned managers or department head.
• Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions in compliance with Labor Code and company policy.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Monitor employees with habitual absenteeism and tardiness and implement company policy.
• Monitor and issue Performance Evaluation to the immediate supervisor or department head of the employee under probationary during 3rd and 5th month and/or as requested by the department head under their department.
• Revisit, review and update HR Policy and Procedures as necessary.
