Job summary

The role supports recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and best practices in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, psychology, or business administration.
• Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory or senior HR role.
• Knowledge of HR functions: Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, and Employee Discipline.
• Familiar with IR, NTE, administrative hearings, NOD, and disciplinary processes.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidential handling of sensitive concerns.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HR operations and policy implementation.
• Handle Employee Relations concerns, including complaints, workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare and maintain employee documents (Incident Reports, Notices to Explain, Notices of Decision, etc.).
• Assist in conducting administrative hearings and disciplinary proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
• Manage Compensation and Benefits concerns, including government contributions, leaves, payroll, and benefits.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads on employee concerns, performance matters, and disciplinary actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
• Monitor policy compliance and recommend improvements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
