Job summary

XENON Systems is seeking an HR Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration. The role ensures policy implementation, timely resolution of concerns, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will supervise HR staff, monitor attendance and records, and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and deployments as needed. Strong leadership, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or business administration.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor code and DOLE rules.
• Experience with IR, NTE, disciplinary cases and investigations.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and admin activities.
• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Manage disciplinary cases, IRs, NTEs, investigations.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leaves, and records.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor standards.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and deployments.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
• Supervise and train HR staff.
• Deliver HR requirements on time.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
