Job summary

Xenon in the Philippines is seeking an organized HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration. You will implement company policies, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The role requires leadership, confidentiality, and excellent communication. You will manage HR staff, handle disciplinary actions, and support recruitment and onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR policies.
• Experience in handling IR, NTE, disciplinary cases, and admin investigations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.
• Manage disciplinary cases, including IR, NTE, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor attendance, DTR/timekeeping, leave, and personnel records.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies, employees, supervisors, and management on HR concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of policies, procedures, and labor standards.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and deployment as needed.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.
• Maintain confidential employee records and supervise HR staff.
• Ensure timely completion of HR requirements and deliverables.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
