Job summary

ResultsCX in Lipa, Batangas, Philippines, is seeking a Supervisor, Human Resources to serve as a center point of contact for remote employees and lead HR functions ensuring satisfaction, productivity, and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain records in HRIS, advise management, investigate employee relations issues, and support onboarding and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. A HR degree and 3+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ HR experience in employment, labor law, and employee relations for a diverse workforce.
• Experience in call center or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
• Exercises discretion and judgment when providing feedback, guidance, and disciplinary action.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employment records using HR management systems.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
• Serve as an effective HR adviser to employees and management.
• Investigate employee relations issues, such as harassment, work complaints, or other concerns, and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Promote and implement various HR programs and site events.
• Responsible for the administration of site benefits.
