Job summary

Xenon FS, based in the Philippines, is seeking a competent HR Specialist to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. You will ensure policy implementation and timely resolution of staff concerns while staying compliant with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience handling IR, NTE, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Manage disciplinary cases, IRs, NTEs, and investigations.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave, and HR records.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies, employees, supervisors, and management.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment as needed.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
