Job summary

XENON Systems in the Philippines is seeking a competent HR Specialist to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and HR administrative functions. You will ensure proper policy implementation, timely resolution of concerns, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities include supervising HR staff, handling IR/NTE and disciplinary actions, attendance, leave, and records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience handling IR/NTE and disciplinary cases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.
• Manage disciplinary cases, including Incident Reports (IR), Notices to Explain (NTE), administrative investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor employee attendance, DTR/timekeeping, leave, and other employment records.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies, employees, supervisors, and management regarding HR concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and labor standards.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and deployment when needed.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Supervise, train, and guide HR staff.
• Ensure timely completion of HR requirements and deliverables.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
