Job summary

Progressive Medical Corporation is seeking an HR Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day HR activities across the group of companies. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, attendance, contracts, and compliance with Philippine labor laws to ensure staff development and policy adherence.

You will partner with management to align staffing, performance evaluations, and HR programs with business goals, fostering a professional and productive work environment across all subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and selection to meet manpower requirements of the Group.
• Coordinate job postings, interviews, background checks, and job offers.
• Ensure onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Monitor staffing requirements and employee movements.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records and 201 files.
• Monitor attendance, leave applications, overtime, and other employee transactions.
• Prepare employment contracts, personnel documents, and HR reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of hiring, promotion, transfer, regularization, and separation.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Assist managers in handling disciplinary cases and performance concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and employee benefits.
• Monitor compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure proper administration of 13th-month pay, leave benefits, and other employee benefits.
• Coordinate HMO enrollment and other company-provided benefits, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Keep HR policies updated based on legal requirements.
• Assist in preparing documents for labor inspections and other compliance requirements.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations and regularization assessments.
• Identify training needs and organize employee training and development activities.
• Assist managers in addressing performance issues and improving productivity.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all companies.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and employee concerns.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, recruitment, attendance, turnover, and other HR matters.
• Recommend improvements to HR policies, procedures, and processes.
