Job summary

Xenon in Metro Manila is seeking a competent HR Specialist to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. You will ensure policy implementation, timely resolution of concerns, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory exposure preferred. You will supervise HR staff, manage attendance and records, assist in recruitment, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR policies.
• Experience handling IR, NTE, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling manpower agencies or field personnel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.
• Manage disciplinary cases, including IR, NTE, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor attendance, DTR/timekeeping, leave, and other records.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies, employees, supervisors, and management.
• Ensure proper implementation of policies, procedures, and labor standards.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and deployment when needed.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
• Supervise, train, and guide HR staff.
• Ensure timely completion of HR requirements and deliverables.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
