Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor with end-to-end knowledge of the L&D process—from TNS to TNA, to facilitation, and Post-Program Analysis. The programs are intended for all employees.

The candidate should also be equipped to handle cultural trainings and other non-HR topics, and must be skilled in post-program analytics. A Psychology degree or HR background with at least 3 years of HR supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Supervisor in General HR/Generalist roles
• End-to-end L&D knowledge from TNS to TNA
• Ability to generate actionable data insights from training

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff supervision, tasks assignment, and performance checks
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes
• Develop and implement HR policies; ensure policy compliance
• Conduct orientation for new hires and facilitate training programs
