Job summary

J-K Network Services in Pasig City is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. This onsite role requires a degree in Psychology or HR and at least two years in a supervisory capacity.

You will handle DOLE SENA/NLRC conferences, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and coordinate compensation and benefits programs while supporting development initiatives for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Employee/Labor Relations and DOLE SENA/NLRC conferences; knowledge in Performance Management, Org Dev't, Compensation & Benefits and Training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee and labor relations, handling employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace disputes.
• Represent the company during DOLE SENA and NLRC conferences, including preparation of documents and coordination with concerned parties.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR policies.
