Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory or leadership exposure.
• Strong L&D expertise: needs analysis, program design, facilitation, evaluation.
• Broad HR exposure: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio; create org charts and process visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including training needs analysis, training calendar, implementation, evaluation, and employee development initiatives.
• Support HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations.
• Partner with department heads and HR stakeholders to identify people development needs and recommend appropriate HR interventions.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations; assist the HR Manager in improving HR processes and employee programs.
