Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor with end-to-end knowledge of the L&D process—from TNS to TNA, to facilitation, and Post-Program Analysis. The programs are intended for all employees.

The candidate should also be equipped to handle cultural trainings and other non-HR topics, and must be skilled in post-program analytics. A Psychology degree or HR background with at least 3 years of HR supervision is preferred.

• End-to-end L&D knowledge from TNS to TNA
• Ability to generate actionable data insights from training

Job description

STAFF SUPERVISION AND DEVELOPMENT

• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and check work at regular intervals
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in the assigned work areas
• Check reports such as Payroll Summary, Bank Summary, Monthly Statutory remittances, final pay computation of resigned employees, intra-transferees' salary, BIR Alpha Listing
• Undertake annual performance review of staff, facilitation and evaluation

PLACEMENT AND STAFFING

• Discuss and finalize sourcing schedules with the Recruitment In-Charge
• Conduct preliminary interviews, consolidate assessments after the interview and make subsequent recommendations
• Review the Job Offer for the selected applicants
• Conduct assigned topics during the General Orientation for new employees

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

• Handle employee disciplinary procedures
• Organize and ensure success of company events such as parties and other recreational activities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

• Administer the medical program and initiate medical benefit review and annual renewal of Group Hospitalization Plan
• Support cost simulation requirements for company bonuses, including annual merit increase and 13th month pay

POLICY OR GUIDELINES FORMULATION

• Prepare drafts of policies/guidelines and submit the same to GM-HR for review/ approval
• Ensures compliance to company policies and guidelines

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

For L&D, we are looking for anexperienced HR Supervisor with end-to-end knowledge of the L&D process—from TNS to TNA, to facilitation, and Post-Program Analysis. The programs are intended to all employees.

• Candidate should also be equipped to handle cultural trainings and other non-HR topics and initiatives.
• Most importantly, the candidate must be skilled in post-program analytics.
• Capable of generating meaningful data insights from each training, providing actionable recommendations, and proposing value-adding programs based on TNS results.

• Preferably Psychology graduate or Human Resource and the like
• Must have a minimum of 3 year experience as HR Supervisor in all facets of HR (General HR/Generalist)
• L & D background is an additional requirement
