Job summary

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead staff supervision and development, ensure policy compliance, and oversee compensation administration. The role spans recruitment-related tasks, employee relations, and governance of guidelines.

For L&D, the candidate will manage end-to-end processes from TNS to TNA, deliver post-program analytics, and propose value-added training initiatives for all employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as HR Supervisor in all facets ofHR (General HR/Generalist).
• L&D background is an additional requirement.
• Strong data analytics for post-program evaluation and insights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and check work at regular intervals.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in the assigned work areas.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including annual merit adjustments and 13th month pay.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and company events.
• Prepare drafts of policies and guidelines for GM-HR review and approval.
• Lead Learning and Development from TNS to TNA, facilitating programs for all employees and post-program analysis.
