Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR professional to oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, labor relations, and performance management.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage payroll and statutory filings, maintain personnel files, conduct onboarding, and drive performance reviews while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of generalist HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an HR and Admin supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, BIR tax processing, and government agency benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Review manpower requirements and manage requisitions.
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hire.
• Prepare and maintain employee files (physical and digital).
• Conduct onboarding and turnover to departments.
• Facilitate KRA setting and conduct performance appraisals.
• Prepare timekeeping and payroll reports for Accounting.
• Process government-mandated filings and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG/HDMF, and BIR tax requirements).
• Maintain open communication channels to boost morale and address employee concerns.
• Enforce workplace standards to maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee all human resource operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, labor relations, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Review manpower requirements and manage requisitions
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring
• Verify all pre-employment requirements and legal documentation for new hires
• Prepare, organize, and maintain physical (201) and digital (e-201) employee files
• Conduct onboarding and orientation processes through final turnover to respective departments
• Facilitate Key Result Area (KRA) setting and conduct performance appraisals for probationary and regular employees
• Prepare timekeeping and payroll reports for submission to the Accounting Manager
• Process government-mandated filings and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG/HDMF, and BIR tax requirements)
• Maintain open communication channels to boost morale, address employee concerns, handle grievances, and mediate workplace issues
• Enforce workplace standards to maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral/Social Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of generalist HR experience covering recruitment, payroll, labor compliance, and performance management
• Minimum of 2 years in an HR and Admin supervisory or team lead capacity
