Job summary

EasyFood Restaurants Corporation is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR policy implementation. This role covers employee records, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and benefits administration in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in hospitality or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Preferably, experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Working schedule - Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes: job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding.
  • Administer employee records and maintain HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Process payroll information and benefits administration; ensure timely payment of compensation.
  • Support development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
  • Handle employee relations, attendance tracking, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases for data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and organizational activities.
  • Provide HR support to management and employees on employment-related queries.
