Job summary

Alviera Country Club in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR policy development, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management in Porac, Pampanga. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on regulatory compliance to support smooth operations.

You will oversee payroll coordination, benefits, and employee services while fostering positive relations and coordinating with Corporate HR and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 4–10 years HR experience with supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Hospitality or F&B industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and company regulations.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
• Oversee employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, LGU).
• Monitor statutory contributions and maintain HR records.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases; foster positive relations.
• Manage performance appraisal, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Monitor HR department budget and administrative expenses.
• Oversee employee services (transportation, housing, mobile plans, canteen).
• Coordinate with internal departments and Corporate HR for efficient HR operations.
• Prepare HR reports and update management and Corporate HR.

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases while promoting positive employee relations.


• Manage employee performance appraisal, coaching, and disciplinary actions.


• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.


• Monitor the HR department budget and administrative expenses.


• Oversee employee services, including transportation, company housing, mobile phone plans, and canteen operations.


• Coordinate with internal departments, government agencies, business partners, and Corporate HR to ensure efficient HR operations.


• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management and Corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 4-10 years of HR experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.


• Preferably with experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.


• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
