About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee and manage Human Resources operations across a group of companies with diverse business operations. The role will primarily focus on Payroll & Compensation, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations, while ensuring consistent and effective HR practices across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with management and department heads across multiple companies and business units to support manpower requirements, employee development, workplace relations, and overall HR strategy.
Key responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, hiring, and onboarding
Work with department heads across different companies and business units to identify manpower requirements
Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies
Monitor recruitment progress, staffing levels, and workforce requirements
Ensure proper onboarding and completion of pre-employment requirements
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the group
Review attendance, overtime, holiday pay, rest-day pay, night differential, deductions, and other payroll-related matters
Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefits policies
Develop and implement company-wide orientation, onboarding, and training programs
Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5–8years of progressive HR experience, with managerial or supervisory experience
Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, training and development, and employee/labor relations
Good working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
Experience handling HR functions across multiple departments, business units, or companies is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Able to handle confidential information and sensitive employee concerns with professionalism and discretion
Experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry is an advantage
Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment
