Job summary

The Aristocrat Restaurant in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee end-to-end people operations. You will manage recruitment from posting to onboarding, handle employee relations, maintain HRIS data, and help shape HR policies to boost organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities also include coordinating payroll activities to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate compensation, along with organizational development and HR planning to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR management experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS, recruiting, employee relations, and payroll management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
