HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for deriving strategic goals for the business by developing effective and efficient recruitment strategies and processes. This role includes creating a standardized salary structure, improving the benefits package, organizing events and activities, and developing training programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and enforce a handbook containing the company policies, rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the best and most suitable applicants for various positions.
  • Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing, and background checking to onboarding.
  • Conduct performance appraisals of employees and ensure the process supports and protects the company.
  • Ensure employees are motivated and engaged by organizing events and activities and maintaining benefits programs aligned with employee needs and preferences.
  • Create a standardized salary structure and improved benefits package to attract and retain talent while rewarding excellent performance.
  • Design, recommend, and implement processes and systems for creative compensation schemes and overall employee welfare programs and services to maintain an efficient, highly motivated, and productive workforce.
  • Issue incident reports, notices, and memoranda, and impose proper sanctions for employee discipline enforcement.
  • Plan and develop training and development programs to support employees’ current and future needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of labor laws to ensure compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any equivalent course.
  • Must have at least 5 years of HR experience or progressive leadership experience in HR positions.
