Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance.

You will lead the HR team, ensure labor law compliance, coordinate with government agencies, and drive policies and programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, employee relations, and HR systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee concerns in a fast-paced environment.
