Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR management in the Philippines including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and optimize HR policies to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Support HQ HR in compensation & benefits and employee development plans.
• Handle labor relations and disciplinary issues; support store expansion and manpower planning.
