PHILIPPINE NEWLY EVER RISE TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION is seeking an HR Manager to plan departmental goals, budgets, schedules, and procedures, and to oversee recruitment, employee compliance, and HR operations.

The role requires leading, training and supporting staff while maintaining a safe work environment, managing performance and service providers, and coordinating with other departments and external agencies.

Experience with labor law and HR management is preferred.

Competenze

• BS Degree in Psychology or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Computer literate.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with long/flexible hours.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR management.

Job Qualifications

• BS Degree in Psychology or related course
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years' experience
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership qualities and very good analytical skills
• Exceptional ability to work under pressure on long and/or flexible hours;
• Excellent knowledge in Human Resources and Administrative work
• With exposure in labor law and human resource management
