Job summary

RSL Food Product in Cavite is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to support HR and administrative functions. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

You will prepare HR metrics, headcount reports, and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely, accurate management reporting and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, business administration or related field.
• At least 1 year progressive HR and administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare HR metrics, headcount reports, attrition analysis and other management reports.
• Resolve employee and operational issues in compliance with policies and laws.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year progressive experience in HR and administrative functions.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
• Ability to resolve employee and operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Capable of preparing HR metrics, headcount reports, attrition analysis, and other management reports accurately and on time.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
